You should ask for mental trading coaching in order to address your specific psychological challenges.

Obviously this does not mean that TT ADL is not an interesting and stimulating module for other reasons. However the Alert Manager features provided with TT basic should be better tuned and improved with some basic functionalities too, without the need of ADL.
