    Truely Automated trading platform

Neovest's IOG (intelligent order generation) is a fully automated system for equites. It is very powerful. The prop firm EGM uses it. www.neovest.com www.egmtrading.com

Neovest First Alert, Any other alternatives?

I have been testing First Alert Quotes versus both AT Financilal and IB'sTWS. They are pretty much all the same, with First Alert sometimes a hair faster. Casey30 you must have some sort of isolated problem. Someone else mentioned a firewall. Maybe your firewall is hanging things up.

Neovest First Alert, Any other alternatives?

Since I have upgaded to the newest version I have not had any problems. I have also tried all the others (insight, stock watch pro, linnsoft, etc) and I agree that none of them come close to First Alert. ShortIgnorance, I didn't even know that there were brokers who used First Alert for...

    Satelite broadband and latency??

Latency basically means a lag or delay. You may be getting T1 speeds but it also may be a second or two behind. Therefore, making scalping very difficult. I would definitely ask the provider and run some tests before you start trading.

    Slow NYSE execution with CyberTrader

Thats the difference between Direct Access and firms that aren't Direct Access. I thought Cybertrader was Direct Access?

    IB screwed up PDT

That sucks. Whats the point of having a universal account? Would you be better off having seperate stock and future accounts?
