Last time NKE missed earnings it found support ~15% lower and rallied intermittently for the following nine months. As NKE plunges toward the 52 week low I think it looks promising to buy at 85, 82.5, and 80 and then sell at 102.5, 105 and 107.5. Thoughts, opinions?

I am thinking about shorting as well. I picked up a lumina 9000 (sp?) the other day and think the product seems solid, but the issues with win 8 updates and the general difficulty of gaining market share against Apple and Google will end NOK, I suspect.

I've thought about the same play on NOK but the sentiment in the news seems to be that this company is doomed ...

I love a good conspiracy but I sort of doubt anything can fend off the lawsuits at this point ... I think it's more likely that the app store concept and some retail investor interest is providing the ~30 support.

Were these changes priced in or is this going to result in strong downward movement? I'm a bit nervous myself, considering the financials didn't even lead today's bloodbath!

I agree that it looks as if the market wants FB to find support @ 30 ... is it justified though? I can't really say. If someone asked me, "what's facebook's product?" I don't think I could provide a concise answer. I do not hold FB.

Went in about two weeks ago @ 16.4 and think about taking my ~10% gain to the bank. Anyone planning to ride this stock higher or have insight?
