Is there an easy (automatic) or simple way to get the 20 day high or low of a commodity? I am not looking for a moving average. Is there a software programe, chart or website that makes this simple?

I have signed up for TOS for paper trading and think it is great, but they do not offer Historical Data in a text format. Is there a better brokerage firm for trading commodities that also also historical data. I am looking for data I can drop into Excel.

I am new to Commodities trading and have signed up for a demo account with ThinkorSwim. Where/how can I get/make a chart to show me an overlay of last years information as compared to this years information? Of course I am looking for the yearly trends.
