what he is doing basically is fraud at worst and false advertisng at best. once disputed on credit card he will send you another link in order to try and bait you into downloading it again..then he can say you still wanted but just did not want to pay for it so were returning it in order...

I am looking for a real time scanner, mainly stocks that re up/ down based on price and percentage. Esignal has something for 45$ a month..is there something else out there that is webbased and priced for $25 and under? O r maybe not web based?
