good day every one, I am always wandering how to start counting the initial public offering for new companies, specially for companies who didn't start getting any profit yet. here is one IPO with starting price of 10, then first day trade was on 21. After that its started the correction...

Actually i found that using high/low is the most effective way to follow the trend of the market, the shadow should be considered when there is a volume spike. also note that when using "snap to price" option in MetaStock it goes to the high/low without considering the open/close prices.

:cool: As I have understand from your chart the it is a DZ correction wave, which started on 2006 and will continue till the basic trend line at 2500!! , there is a big debate on ether it is a ZZ or DZ here. Note that there is no "short" in our market and all the money there is REAL :)...

My Advice is to find a Job and do some trading on the side. I am doing this and my plan is to have an early retirement before the age of 40. not much of a profit these days but enough to have a respectable cumulative account by that age.
