    Ultrawide monitors

No big difference from horizontal. Many traders like vertical for spreadsheets. I use IB, so it's good for the spreadsheet style of TWS. You just adjust the stand and turn the monitor vertical so it's not a big commitment. I'm happy with two 24"s over a 30" for now. It's come a long ways...

    Ultrawide monitors

I currently have that 30" for my trading platform, with two 24"s mounted above for eSignal and couple of other data services that I subscribe to. Three mounted vertically, side-by-side-by-side would be a bit easier on my neck. This is probably more screen space than most traders need, but I've...

    Ultrawide monitors

I ended up buying this one as my primary. Next move will be three of them mounted vertically. http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=113&cp_id=11307&cs_id=1130703&p_id=10734&seq=1&format=2

    4K Ultra HD Trading

2560x1600 is a great upgrade from my 1920x1200 and these 4k should be quite good in a year or two. I just picked up a 30" 2560x1600 on Monoprice and love it so far. I use it with two 24", but three of these 30" ones set vertically, side by side by side may be my next move...

Meet The Teen Traders Trying To Take Over The Finance World

"In 9th grade English class he bought 100 shares of Citigroup using his iPhone. He bought it for $3 per share and then the stock shot up to $40 after doing a reverse split. He thought he made a bunch of money until he learned what a reverse split was"

Stanley Druckenmiller: The mother of all storms is coming

John Mauldin is no more prescient than any other pundit. He started a paid newsletter called "Yield Shark" late last year with a pick or two each month. He's done ok with the market rally, but PSN on the TSX was humiliating. They can hide behind their stop loss, which was triggered, but in...

    IB cheating

The opening NYSE print for RATE was 10.02. The opening NYSE print for RKUS was 23.86. I'm assuming the OP was using opening orders routed to NYSE so these are the relevant prices. I had an order routed to NYSE for SNE before the open. After not receiving the opening print I called IB and...
