Started trading in 2003 with YM (dow jones futures). Didn't know much about the market then, and lost $2500 in my first week!!!. That was a turning point for me.

Changed to Forex trading in 2005 and studied everything i could get my hands on. From the free stuff available on the internet to forex books on amazon.

In 2009, i decided to study the candlestick chart. Learned all the aspects of it and followed it on the charts i was trading. I decided to concentrate on a single forex pair and chose gbp/jpy .

My trading is based mainly on reading the candlestick chart and with the use of other tools, I try to pick out the best spots to place my trades.

I usually aim to place my BUY at the bottom of an uptrend and my SELL at the top of a downtrend. So far it has been great to achieve my goal.
