thanks guys, maybe they got wind of my posting ,i havent seen them so helpful as today............so far.........

8 emails, and 11 phone calls over 3 weeks to customer service and tech support to get a $250 expense reversed for a platform they all agree i was mistakenly charged for. Do i keep contacting them and live in hope, or is there an official organization that can get them activated that...
