i wonder if this appeal will freeze the supposed distribution which was supposed to occur end of May? and if so it doesnt do much to help all the tuco traders does it?

betting game 2 is a non win bet as its probability is 50/50 and its assumed the bettors will split the bet between teams C and D. betting team A doesnt seem worthwhile as even if you win you'll wind up splitting with 99 other winners,ergo team B is the bet i think

The judge that assigned the case to the reciever is Judge Dana Sabraw of the U.S. Southern District Ca. Her phone number is 619 557 6262.I wonder if calling her might not put some pressure on reciever to expedite the situation so we get some cash out while there is some left.

Has anyone heard anything new from tuco's reciever regarding distribution? Also would like to know how many of us are out there.
