Interactive Broker, POS site. Place trade, market goes above and doesn't fill.

Does anyone know what the support number for interactive Brokers in canada is. F'n hard to find and I have a problem with a trade not filling.

All my statistical model suggests (with over 85% accuracy) is that NQ will be up 50 points at some point tomorrow (during NYC regular trading hours). If it pulls back overnight - and you buy it, it's more profit. If the market opens up more than 50 points above today's close it's even more...

Never looked closely at one of these trading combines, but was under the impression if you pass, you start trading for real profits after first combine. Guess that's not true?
